BWCV Death Immunity Not Working Against Gladiator in Gladiator Guantlet

Anyone else experiencing BWCV’s signature ability failing against Gladiator in tier 9 of the Gladiator gauntlet? I receive a killing blow and instead of her death immunity kicking in and having roughly 10% of her health revived, she just dies. I have wasted a ton of resources as a result of this.
