Nothing Impossible Matchmaking

Hi,
I'd like to raise awareness to Kabam about an alliance that has exploited the matchmaking system for quite a few seasons and finishing in the podium of Masters depiste not facing a single alliance in Masters.
They've been doing it by using an exploit that waits for all masters alliance to find a match and then enlist right at the last moment. I think this exploit is similar to what individuals do with Battlegrounds (using alt accounts to mod and beat others or continually declining matches) and this behaviour should be looked at by Kabam to ensure fairness in a highly competitive game mode.
Here is the current war mismatch where a win against an alliance a few hundred points lower will sit them on the podium of Masters.
These kind of mismatches have basically been happening all of this season. I know it's being raised through the CCP but I want to raise more awareness around this since many alliances pushing hard to try reach Masters legitimately are falling short compared to this alliance that continues to exploit the system.

How is an alliance able to NOT pre-enlist for a war, and then WAIT until AFTER war matchmaking has already started, and THEN somehow Enlist for a war in which matchmaking has already started to pair up teams ??
Are you saying that somehow they are actually hacking into the Game Data Servers, and adding an entry into the matching database after *xx* amount of matches have already been paired, adding their alliance into that database. And so gets the next pairing, which by that time is with some much lower WR team ??
Whatever hack script they would be using would somehow have to actively be monitoring the matching, in order to insert themselves into the database at the appropriate time, so it is not so obvious of a match such as their 3700 versus a 2000 WR team.
Not sure such a thing would be possible, and if so, then why wouldn’t it just go in directly and assign themselves to a particular desired opponent, without having to “time” it to like up with where the WR of teams has gotten to with matching at that time. (or is this other thing what you are implying they are doing ?)
**** correlation ****
Of course, this DOES sort of sound like how our Financial Trading systems allow for high-speed, and close-proximity, trading servers allow someone to see a trade being placed on the system (potentially a high-volume trade at significant market movement from previous trade prices), and then they can at “warp speed” execute a trade of their own (and have it finalized) before anyone else even being able to see such other “high impact” trade placed by someone else. Allowing them to “game” the trading platform systems.
I get raising awareness, but why go into the detail you did? You've just explained how the exploit is done as well as linked it to BG's. Now I get it's off season... but I'm a cynical person by nature. I only see this leading to more people attempting to game the system this way and with BGs returning tomorrow...
