Does ascension affect base stats/ like fury?

For example on adam warlock r4 his fury is 8832.25, but will the fury buff gain potency and go to 10,775.34?

    Ascension is a boost to base attack and health. All things that are based off of base attack will scale accordingly. This is Sersi's furies before and after ascension.
