Yesterday while opening one cristal gifts, it shows an error message and i don't know if it gives me a prize or not. After that the cristal dissapeared. Is someone else getting this bug?

You were at Max GLORY, and got some more Glory from that crystal.
(or was within reach of Max and opened enough that would have put you over the top, not sure if this 2nd scenario also affects this or not)

That is what is giving people this error.

Next time, make sure your Glory is lower before opening these Cap Enlistment crystals.
(Potential Glory received from a single instance might be 3250)
