    So, you are in game at the particular time when new Setup phase would be beginning for new 8 day cycle.
    And you go and look at time, and it seems wrong.

    Restart game (now that the time has rolled over, similar to bunch of other aspects in game, if you look at something while in game across a time threshold), and it should then be fine.
