Alliance War attack bug

Hi Kabam, my game has had a bug for a week now where I'm unable to join AW attack, been hoping it will eventually go away. This will now affect my loyalty selector purchase and my 5000 Titan shards. I only have 3 MORE fights in war to get my full rewards and 200000 loyalty. Please help, I'm devastated.

Try using other Champs. Maybe your current ones are locked in solo content or AQ

Maybe you are trying to join Attack in a different BG from where you have Persistent Defenders placed ?
Button still says JOIN (so long as doesn’t already have 10 ppl joined in that BG) even though you would be prevented from joining that other BG.

Especially possible if you placed in BG3, while your Ally is only enlisted for 2 BG Wars (can still place in a higher BG that what is Enlisted for), and then (because can’t join attack for BG3 which is not taking place in that War) you attempt to join BG 1 or 2.

I believe that is indeed allowable, but remember that any defenders (even in a higher, unused, BG) still count as being a defender and so can’t be used for Attack. (even potentially “different” defenders placed in the UP/DOWN alternate Tier Maps which may not be your “current” Tier Map).

Dude, this comment really helped. Just forgot to say thank you. Turns out I was placing persistent defenders in other battlegroups and being assigned to others by my alliance officers. Thank you
