Why is champion rating different during and after choosing Incursions team?

When i have chosen the champions i want for my Incursions team, their rating is this:

And then all i do is verify this team by clicking the Save-button, and all of a sudden the individual champion ratings are different. Why?

    One takes into account synergies, the other doesn't.

    But doesn't synergies apply in Incursions then?

    They do, the rating increase just isn't shown on that screen. That's all
