Just became Paragon and the paragon candy solo event is not syncing with the others what do i do?

There's nothing you can do because the points only count if you were already paragon when you got them.

Like Pikolu said, they can't retroactively give you points. You didn't get them while you were Paragon. You'll earn points now but won't get full rewards.
