In the last couple days I have tried to claim the free weekly legendary crystal twice, both times the timer has reset as if it was successful and when I log into the game there is nothing there

    Did you check game mail ?
    Think the weekly Legendary was coming in mail, vs Daily which appeared as a popup when opening game.

    They both come through the in game mail but for some reason the daily is the only one that will also pop up
