Troubles with submitting tickets.

I’m running on empty here. For the last few days I’ve been trying to change my email via the Support of Kabam. I’ve stressed in the emails that due to some odd circumstances I no longer have access to the email address that my mcoc account is linked to. Yet I’m still being asked to find information that that email would only have. My account was created sometime in 2015, I don’t have access to the email that was used nor do I have any ways of getting access to the email. On top of that, I was on a different type of cellular device at the time of creating the account. Is there a way around this? Or do I just need to chuck this up as an L and cut my losses? As I’ve stated already, I’ve been playing the game on and off since 2015 and I’ve invested quite a bit in my account, not only financially but also time.
