Cannot find iso offer in store

I received this mail for an iso, gold offer, but do not see it anywhere in store

    They should have come up as a “pop-up offer” after starting game.
    Or, if missed, or to access it after having it initially pop'd up, they would still be available from the pop-up offer icon on the bottom of the main home page in game.
    Aka, next to Help Request icon, Calendar icon, etc.
