Buffet Champion in Endgame content

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if buffed champs (like Red Skull in december) will also be buffed in Endgame content like Abyss... I know Hulk isn't the "buffed" Hulk version in RoL but I was wondering if it would be the same for Abyss because I don't want to have to deal with that Auto-block after the special 1.

    Champions in abyss, labyrinth, and RoL do not change after the quest is opened up.

    Minor correction. Champion abilities in abyss, Lab and RoL do not change. Animations however do change. After being buffed, storm and BP in RoL do not have the new abilities but do have their new special animations. Same with Colossus in Lab. Haven't seen gameplay with Red Skull to know if this would affect him.
