link game id to kabam instead of google

hi... i have an id linked to google play but i want to link it to my kabam id instead as that i am going to remove that google account but want the game data to saved ,can anyone help

Regarding the first two purchases, do we have to give in canadian or US dollars only? Can we not give in the currency we originally made the purchase?
