Mr. Sinister's regen on crits

Sinister is not regenerating after critical hits since the update. Noticed it in aq map 6 and then practiced fighting him with hitmonkey and only noticed regen from willpower mastery. His regen rate also increased like it should but no regen when struck with critical hits.

    Confirmed this when I did a practice fight against sinister with Shang chi. No healing from the crits.


    Might be a good time for folks stuck in 6.2.2.

    Damn yeah his regen isn't working. Now I know why he quickly died in BG.
