I have one Amazon Prime account, but it will only allow 1 3* character even though i have 3 MCOC active accounts.

    Then you'll need 3 prime accounts. This isn't a bug. It states you can only claim once

    Correct (above, but totally separately paid for Prime accounts or trials, etc. Not just household sub-accounts)
    Also, make sure you are logged into the desired MCOC game account of yours before claiming the Prime Gaming offer, so that it goes to the game account you want it to.
