New Bug - Mister Sinister Molecular Regeneration

I've tried uploading a video, but I haven't done it in the right format, so it won't work.

But, I've tested this with a couple of different Champs now, and Mister Sinister's regeneration on critical hits is not activating. Nothing to do with nodes or abilities, as I've tested different Champs and on different nodes.

I've also noticed this in incursion where he wouldn't heal back

Yeah I fought a few in Arena and was wondering why they were dying so fast lol

Also, exact same issue when used as an attacker.

It was reported in this thread that was already on page 2 with no response. Clearly a bug but no update from Kabam on a fix yet.
