BG seeding: the suggestion thread

Hey guys, hope all good.
So i have this idea for bg seeding,
Instead of having BG seeding for every season back to back.
Do this
BG Season odd no:
like season 15: have seeding start
BG season even no:
Like season 14: no seeding start
It will give a more balance status while players can grind in victory track & accumulate points compared to every season of seeding start which makes it bit more of impossible / challenge to get the points while keeping the tokens in check since last vt brackets & onwards don't offer any tokens. & high chance of burning all tokens in process of gathering points to get all milestones or minimum requirements for bgs as per alliance requirements.

This way players can gather points as well as tokens to prepare for next season when seeding start kicks in.
Having back to back seeding start makes it bit more challenging for those who don't have advanced rosters & make it a balance for all to have tokens while rallying up the points & progressing as well.

What do you guys think ? Will this kind of rotation work well or not?
PS: i think this will also give kabam more time to imrpove bg cheats, farming & maybe matchmaking thing

    What you really want is having GC award more points for playing and winning than VT than trying to make a complicated mess of seeding. Also the seasons you need points on are few and far between, for example, this season it doesn't matter how many points you get because there is nothing special there.

    That or when you get your rewards for your seeded spot it gives you a bundle of points equal to the minimum number of wins to reach that point using elder marks, but I don't see that happening.

    Seeding has been a double edged sword on my alt. I was “good enough” to reach vibranium 3 as cav, with 1,5m rating account, 1 6r3. But with seeding, I start in plat 3 this season. Which means I’ll hit my ceiling pretty fast. Thus making use of EM most likely a waste since I get matched with paragon 4/5 times.
    My main doesn’t care so much though as I usually hit my ceiling in GC and just play up and down the rankings.

    Why do people have issues with seeding? You do realise that we paragon players with stacked rosters shouldn't be contending in bronze leagues, busting out cavailer accounts and demotivating them to quit bgs?
    As pikolu said, gc should award twice the point of vt for both winning and losing, so even if gc is out of league for you, you can get the same amount of winning a vt match, just by participating, and gets even more if you are skilled and powerful.

    @captain_rogers lower account like my alt, are protected from bigger accounts up to platinum iirc. Seeding just makes my cav alt. compete with paragons much quicker, playing less amount of winnable matches. Rewards are the same, but it’s harder to get milestones reward and more frustrating to hit the wall so fast.
    My main is paragon, and I’m glad I don’t have to start from bronze indeed.
    Just need to remember that there’s different perspectives here.

    you are on the rare side. Most cavs aren't able to/supposed to reach vibranium.
    Without seeding, they'll struck in bronze, atleast now they can reach until plat.
