My 7* Champs do not Appear in Battlegrounds

I submitted a support ticket on this issue but was told that I wouldn’t receive a response and needed to check the forums. My 7* champs do not appear in Battlegrounds. This gives my opponents unfair advantages as their 7* champs do appear. I end up losing most of my battles. Please help.

    are you saying they don’t appear in your draft? if that’s the case then it’s just bad luck. i’ve gone several matches without getting a certain champ or 2 in my drafts before.

    Yeah, drafting is pretty bad. They lock in torch scorpion and Titania for example and the game goes, oh you want ebony maw every single draft option? Yeah thanks, showing up once, fine, twice, stop, three times shouldn't happen. If I don't pick them twice, there's a reason.

    Yeah, they don’t appear in my draft, period.

    Yeah, they don’t appear in my draft, period.

    U might need to put them in your dock there might not be there’s it doesn’t update the dock automatic

    They are talking about the battledeck, where you pick which champions from your roster you want to use in Battlegrounds. You are supposed to pick thirty champs to use in battlegrounds, and the game only picks champs from those champs when you draft for a match. The game doesn't use your entire roster. When you get or rank up new champs, you have to place them in your deck yourself. The game won't do it for you.

    Really, was that the reason why you weren’t seeing any of your NEW champs come up for you when you play BattleGrounds ? You had not yet swapped them into your BG Deck ?

    Ok, so either when BG first came out and it forced you thru some tutorial and initial setup for BG where you probably just grabbed (or you clicked the “helpful tip area FAST-ADD CHAMPIONS”) your top-30 champs, and then just left it at that without ever realizing that you may need to periodically make adjustments to it (ie, without realizing that only those DECK champs would be used, unless you went in and changed them).
    (*hope this was the case)

    Or (I’m sure some people might wonder) if you “obtained” a game account that someone else had previously had (or still does) play on it, and they were the one that setup the BG Deck originally ?

    I had not swapped them out….I didn’t ever remember setting them up to begin with. I must have previously used the “fast add” option.
