Mastery not working?

Hi, I’ve recently unlocked the cruelty mastery and didn’t noticed any changes in my character’s critical rating. May I know if this is normal or if I should be seeing the critical rating increase?

    Precision/Cruelty masteries would affect the Rate and Damage (one does one, the other does the other) of Critical Hits. (up and above what a champs base stats are)
    Don’t think it will alter what you see for your champs stats directly in their profile pages.

    For Crit Rate Damage, you should see an increase in the Yellow numbers during a fight (compared to same champ used and same opponent in same situation using earlier masteries)

    Harder to visually see if the Crit Rate itself has increased unless you do long enough fights and can keep count in your head of the Yellow vs non-yellow you see during fights. But, yes, maxing the Greater versions of Precision/Cruelty will definitely help.
