Too much overlap to change alliances?

The banquet requiring 2 weeks previous ally time(today) to qualify for all the rewards while season rewards for the previous season haven’t even gone out yet means you are essentially unable to swap allies until the new year. Seems not very well thought out?

    No, it is not like that.
    For example, if you switch alliance on Dec 8th, you just need to wait 2 days after the banquet event has started to contribute the points.
    you will have until Dec 20th morning atleast to switch allainces, in that case, you need to wait until the last day of the banquet to contribute the minimum points.

    That’s what I thought but it reads poorly. It says if you want to “fully participate” and to “enjoy all it has to offer”. Makes it sound like you miss out.
