Loyalty 7* Crystal Update?

Does anyone know if the Loyalty store crystal is going to have new champs rotated in (old ones rotated out)? The timer on the crystal says 28 days and I wasn't sure if that was just when the qty you were allowed to buy was refreshed or if that's when we get a new Loyalty crystal.

It'll update after a long time. Timer is just when you can buy it again
