PVE AI has a dexterity fail. How and why?

First off, no hate to Simula67 where I saw this on his stream. He is great, go subscribe, the content is worth it.
During tonight’s stream,
there’s a “dexterity failed” call-out on Wiccan’s side, a defender in Necropolis he is fighting. Do AI defenders have dexterity coded in? Why is this called out?

    That's just a bug where it does the callout on any dash you do while the condition for dex failure is there
