I just bought those Iso-8 selectors and instead of giving me iso, it's giving me 25% tier 5 class catalyst, I'm so confused


I can't reach support in game because the selector won't allow me, what should I do?

I'm sure I didn't got them mixed because I purchased the one to the right, and the cat one is to the left

Click through the selectors and then send a screenshot of your store to prove you got the iso and not the cat ones

(It isn't like you have much other choice anyways)

So you did or did not click on the box (*currently* on the right in that pic) for T6 ISO which still says 10 still available ?
Instead of the T5CC box which says you bought 7 of them ?

Were you sure you looked at the specific wording before just clicking (possible assuming that their positions should be the same as before), and maybe their position on the page had changed for you since earlier times, and you really did click the T5CC even though you didn’t intend to ??
The icons are very similar, only slight color differences.

Yeah I'm used to buying Iso from the glory store so I know it's placed to the right, side by side with the gold crystals, and that's the one I clicked on, I was confused when the choosing screen appeared and it was cats instead of Iso
