You should read the ToS. You don't own your account. Kabam also has a clause that gives them the right to make changes to their service whenever they want and you can't do anything about it. You pay money to get ahead in this game. Paying money does not mean you get rights or privileges that you make up in your head. Companies have every right to run their business they way they see fit. Because you don't like a change, it doesn't mean you're entitled to recompense in the monetary form.

That's entirely your prerogative, but you should know that these types of posts happen in the online forums of just about every online game, and many of them would be pointing to your post as an example of a very good reason not to frequent the online game forums of the games they play.
Plus, I have no idea what sort of sway you could possibly have over potential Marvel employees. I mean, whether you actually have friends that work at Marvel is one thing, but even if you do, I'm skeptical there exist a ton of employees that work at Marvel that would rely upon one person's opinion on whether or not to support an actual Marvel game with their time.
In fact, I'm struggling to think of a situation where someone asked me for a recommendation for an online game and "it has a toxic fanbase" would be meaningful. People say that about every game's fan base, because there's always people who don't fit into a particular game's community and accuse them of being toxic. The largest and most successful online games probably have the largest amount of accusations of toxicity in the online communities. I hear accusations of toxic playerbases for everything from Clash of Clans to Pokemon Go.
In fact, my standing recommendation for anyone who asks me about Marvel Contest of Champions is play it for a while and decide if you like it first, before going to the Reddit, the forums, or the global channels for anything. Make your first impression the game, and not the vocal minority of players who chat about it.

If we're stepping back to analyze this, I think it would probably have something to do with the tone you came in with. And, initially, the responses simply explained where you may have strayed from the path of understanding. Immediately telling off anyone who disagreed with you, or pointed out where you might be wrong, seems to have thrown fuel on the flames. Just an observation and a theory.

I’m less compelled to participate, but it doesn’t mean I feel like this game isn’t awesome. I just don’t agree with the changing of champs at any giving moment. It makes a consumer feel powerless and complain all the time. That’s just my personal opinion I’m gone now

It also happens in mmos and rugs. Take world of warcraft or Final fantasy 14 for example they always are rebalancing end game fights and bosses.

Prices and products change every single day at millions of companies. Also, Kabam doesn't change things "out of the blue", generally (but there has been many instances of lack of communication).

@GalactikDonut if they take away sub zero after you purchased it then yes it must be a refund giving on console. I’m not talking about patches so please stop trying to make me look idiotic. I compared a nerfed champ to a the old Version in the mobile game as if it was a totally different champ in comparison. Which is damn near two different champs basically but it’s a mobile game unlike console so the rules are different.
