Banquets and acclodes rewards issue

I didn't got banquet solo and ally event and acclodes rewards.please fix this i tried and close app and re-opened it but it didn't work

    (responded with potential reason in the other thread you asked this. Possibly NOT level 40 and Conqueror, or acct not created prior for the deadline for new accounts)

    Hello, I received messages in the game that two of my alliance members sent me banquet gifts. I claimed them but never got the actual banquets to redeem them. Please help.

    They sent you accolades, not crystals. Nothing happens until you get 5 of the same card. Then you’ll receive a message with a pfp.
