I'll have rank 6 7 stars this Christmas because I'm spending millions of dollars on this game for banquet and once I become valiant I'll be able to take all my 7 stars to rank 3+! I plan on getting all 7 stars ranked to 6 as they come out!

You mean they aren't unlocked for you yet? They unlocked mine after the first million dollars of spending. You should open a support ticket. And tell them I sent you, that will help when I ask support if they got your ticket yet.
