Necropolis Exploration Help

I just finished my second path of Necropolis (Sauron path and Silver Surfer path) and it went pretty well (27-30 revives total) and I needed some advice for the Mr. F path/bottom

My primary clearer is still Kate (r5 ascended now) and whatever fights she could take went extremely smoothly, but I’m a little worried about the fights that she might struggle with. I was wondering if I needed someone specific for Att on the Mr. F path. Everyone I’ve seen uses their Shuri’s, but I only have a r4 ascended and she didn’t put in that much work my first attempt.

I have Guilly 2099 for Silver Centurion, Diablo, and Jubilee so I think I’m good with that, so the fights I’m unsure on are Purgatory, Stryfe, and Knull. I was thinking Chavez could work for Knull if Kate doesn’t, but I’m not completely sure. Stryfe especially looks like a pain even with Kate’s tracking debuff so any advice for these specific fights would be appreciated

    Stryfe sucks. Top 3 most hated fights was that one. Purgatory is extremely simple, just got to remember what the souls do, and you could Chavez cheese her. Knull is annoying, but isn't bad if you got a 7* Wiccan.

    Oof definitely not looking forward to that fight then. I don’t have a 7* Wiccan unfortunately, so it looks like I’ll have to try Chavez/Kate for him instead. Haven’t seen anyone else do it so I’m a little worried

    How was sauron/surfer path with kate? Which fights u used kate and which fights you don't use kate (someone else). Which was the hardest fights in that path? Care to explain?

    It was super easy with Kate. I used Kate for Sauron, Hit Monkey, Chavez, Air Walker, Cap Britain, Wiccan, a little for psycho man (used Adam here too), Silver Surfer, Misty Knight, Cap Sam, Dragon Man, Cap IW, and Nova. Hardest fight was Storm X who I had to use Guilly 2099 for. Other than that, Sauron was a little annoying but she can solo him. All of those can be soloed by Kate other than Storm X who I’m not sure about. I went in with zero health potions so I took a lot of block damage and it still went well

    At first stryfe may seem scary byt once you get the hang of it with kate its actually pretty fun and easy. I also used Kate for purgatory and it took about 3 revives if i remember correctly. In regards to Knull, abs man or wiccan destroys him fairly easily

    I used r1 Shuri or Attuma and got a solo. A rank 4 ascended can probably still do a decent job if you boost up and play well it'll be a bit slow though

    arent you supposed to not knock down chavez too often? doesnt this hinder kate? or u just ignore chavez's node n play kate normal?

    Yeah you have to play around the node. Once you get into the rhythm of the fight, it’s super easy. The worst part is Chavez’s AI throwing heavies randomly, but once you corner her it’s not a problem. The trick here is to just go for coldsnap and avoid setting up fragility. Time the coldsnap properly and then knock her down once it resets and keep the rhythm going. It’s actually easier than it sounds

    I personally wouldn’t just ignore the node because her power gain can get out of hand quick

    My abs man was also r4 so you should be fine
    Also used a r4 absorving man. It worked fine, maybe a 2 revive fight if I knew what was happening

    No idea my doom is only r3. He could work but itll be hard to keep his rotation going, as you lose 5% of health blocking Knull's basic attacks

    You really need a counter for Attuma unfortunately. Best options by far are Shuri and Storm, I used Shuri personally, not sure if there are other good counters for that fight besides those two and brute forcing with Ægon (which I've heard is not fun) so if you have no other options you'll have to go in with the 6*. You will also need Shuri for Apoc, I'm sure there are other options but Shuri makes that fight ridiculously easy because of the untouchable but other than that, Chavez and Kate should be able to handle the rest easily.

    As for the other path, I haven't done that one yet but I plan on using Shuri for the most part so I don't think I can help you there lmao.

    In all seriousness, I just think Kate is busted for most of the fights if you can play her well and manage the passives. Most of those revives were for phase 3 of the GM because he refuses to throw specials

    How is torch for Stryfe? Mine is only r4 . Could also use Shuri thats rank 2

    Funny thing is we're kinda on the same boat, I popped double 7* mystic for Chavez and I couldn't get her so I'm stuck using my 6* r5 lol good luck with that crystal though hopefully your luck's better than mine. Shuri makes both Apoc and Attuma such a joke.

    Btw how was Misty with Kate any tips? That's the only fight I'm a bit worried about on that path and I plan on doing it soon with Kate too, FAM Chavez and Shuri for the fights Kate can't take.

    Btw how was Misty with Kate any tips? That's the only fight I'm a bit worried about on that path and I plan on doing it soon with Kate too, FAM Chavez and Shuri for the fights Kate can't take.
    Misty was nearly a solo but I let Kate get knocked out when she was nearly dead so I could get Guilly ramped for Storm.

    I set up triple coldsnap and just baited sp1’s. Just make sure to time your sp1’s so you can dex her specials (the trap node) or heal to full and you can just take them into your block with her high block proficiency. Once you have one coldsnap up, there’s pretty much nothing to worry about. Just keep refreshing her passives and avoid using more specials afterwards unless you’re timing it with the trap node/fine with taking some block damage

    Yeah that's the main thing I was worried about, Misty throwing an unblockable special and me not being able to dex it due to the trap node, I still to this day don't understand how her kit works lol. Thanks for the tips! I'll keep all that in mind.

    Would you say that a r4 unascended Shuri would be able to do fights for me, or would the ascension make it a lot easier?

    Rank 1 7*. She does alright there but the block damage catches up to her even with the power drains.
