Who did people find to be the best Stryfe counters? Im thinking torch since he works for diablo too and i can use him maybe for mystic spidey?

But yeah its Jubilee path. You need to bring counters for the two I mentioned AND theres an annoying Galan that needs a lot of revives with Aegon. But at the same time if you bring someone for him then that only leaves room for 1 synergy for Aegon

i 2-shotted stryfe with shuri , that is not really a hard fight , rather a draining boring one @Polygon . Plus providing that u got a wiccan in your team for necro GM , he can do galan really well. even at r1 7 star unduped , it only took me like 4 revives , and he also worked decent against knull too. So yeah , just wiccan that galan instead of wasting another slot
@Jack2634 i dont have wiccan for galan, bringing juggernaut (rank 4). So i guess its gonna be 10 revives with Aegon lol.

What makes shuri good for stryfe? She doesnt counter unstoppable or miss like torch does.
yeah , she is not the best choice due to stryfe miss being an absolute ahole , but just playing it slowly , the shock damage of shuri will eventually take him down . Just a long boring fight , not that hard if u played passively @Polygon

Ok waking this thread up as I’ve done two more paths. Roblin was pretty easy. The Jubiliee path was pretty challenging though - probably toughest for me so far? Strangely enough I had the hardest time with Diablo, which doesn’t make a lot of sense I know since I had HT and despair maxed out. Didn’t have problems really with Stryfe and Galan.

Glad to be done with the right side though.

Going to tackle the Sauron path on Sunday. Not looking forward to that one given my M muscle memory.

Then I’ll just have Mr F remaining - hopefully will pull a 7* Shuri between now and then.

I'm about to wrap up my Sauron-Surfer path and then Jubilee-Stryfe will be my next one.

What's the rotation strategy for Diablo/Stryfe with Torch (I know use Nova Flames for Stryfe, since Incinerates trigger Despair)

And Wiccan for Galan? Just keep your MLLLL Neutralize up on him? Does he slowly kill himself similar to 5.4.6 Ultron with Wiccan?

@jcphillips7 That’s what I did for Galan. It seemed to be working fine, although was taking a while. I eventually got impatient and just finished him up with Aegon. Yes on Stryfe.

I couldn’t get the Diablo fight going properly so I’m the wrong person to ask about that one. I was grabbing the ingredients and consuming them no problem, he just kept healing despite me having despair going. I think I must just not have had enough debuffs on him. I eventually just Aegon’d him down which was slow and expensive. Hopefully someone else can give you better advice on that fight.

How did you find the Sauron/Surfer path? Any tips since that is my next one?

    Cool, cool, cool.

Uh...well, I'm doing it with Aegon and Shuri as mains. Sauron was a pain to ramp on (think I used 25 revives) because there were numerous mistakes from me being greedy (and impatient. I like to end these Necro fights sub 10 mins..expensive? Maybe. But that's why I have all my units on standby when my stash runs out lol), so I eventually would get a decent albeit small streak going then back out. Chavez wasn't as bad as some made it seem, and this was actually my lowest costing Air Walker fight on the left side with Aegon. Shuri took care of Capt B-Psycho Man (1 revive each). Then luckily didn't have to worry about that evade Medium node anymore and just did Aegon things.

    @jcphillips7 thanks - appreciate it.

I don’t have a Shuri at 7* nor have I ranked my 6* past R3, so I think I’ve decided to use Nimrod for Sauron and SPX based on a tip from another thread, and just ramp my Aegon on Hit Monkey. Will Aegon all the rest of the fights.

@Oakenshield I've been talking to my other buddy who was just finishing the Stryfe path as well and he told me "a bit of advice that I messed up on...You should be doing full offensive masteries for those paths because most of the fights shut down willpower, so it's essentially useless outside of 5-6 points in defense. And it WAS noticeable, even with me not running suicides"

Can you provide what you ran mastery-wise going right side. That'll be the side for my last 2 paths.

@jcphillips7 Yes, I agree with your buddy. I ran pretty much full on offensive masteries. I think I had like 6 points in defense and maybe 8 or 9 in the other. Definitely did not run willpower.

How bad do you guys think it’ll be to go Jubilee-> Elsa or Odin -> Elsa?
Edit: This would be using Aegon

@Wong_98 I think it would be easier. That Elsa sub path isn’t bad - probably the easiest of the three.

I did it the way I did it as I was bringing HT for Diablo and he is also a good counter for Stryfe. I didn’t want to have to bring counters on two paths.

Would r2 shuri be better than r4 torch for Diablo and Stryfe? For anyone that used Shuri

I am also considering just Aegoning stryfe because i would have to turn suicides off for just a single damn fight if I were to use Shuri instead

OK Sauron path is now done. Wasn’t really as hard as the Odin and Jubilee paths, but was really annoying - particularly the evade on Medium for the first 7 champs.

I took @Greekhit ’s advice and brought Nimrod along for Sauron and SPX and that worked pretty well. It was still annoying to ramp Aegon on Hit Monkey but less so than it would have been with Sauron given the prowess unblockable.

Unfortunately neither my Friday pull nor today’s pull yielded a Shuri (dup on my mangog Friday, and yet another dup on my Titania- sig 80 now) so am going to hold on my final path (Mr Fantastic) till after the Crypt rewards drop in the hopes that my final 2 7*’s might finally yield her. Also gives me a week or two to recharge my units/potion stash.

Photon works so well for that Stryfe, everything he does just ramps her up, when he goes untouchable the miss fail ramps her up, when she is unstoppable and gets stunned she phases and it ramps her up as well. Still took a couple revives but she worked great for him and decent for Diablo.

Ok wrapped up my last path today so can legitimately vote. I will say the Mr F path gets and honorable mention. Partially because I was using a 6* R4 Shuri for some of the fights and they took forever, but more so because the frickin’ AI was just stupidly passive for most of the first 7 fights, which given the nodes made it a real pain.

    Happy to be done though.
