I like the bg meta and I hope kabam moves forward in this direction

I really enjoy this meta, it's fun not needing to use the meta champs to win.
When the season started I thought I could just brute force my way through after that failed I went to my deck and tossed in a bunch of champs that I knew delt a dot.
Despite my deck being mainly 6*R1, R2, I've actually been climbing alot better than before. I even find myself enjoying champs I would have normally scoffed at. I'm even find myself banning these dot champs just to hinder my opp.

I genuinely hope kabam continues to give us more metas like this. Forcing players to use and invest in other champs that aren't the "meta" is healthy way to keep the game fresh and emphasise on the "deck" aspect of bg

Any meta that makes Squirrel Girl a top tier option is a good meta imo

I definitely want more metas like this one, I've been having so much fun using champs I don't normally use in BGs (even when they aren't ideal counters for certain defenders)

Also, I really don't think this meta is that restrictive, the armor burn one on the other hand yes very restrictive (still enjoyed it personally though). There are about 70 champs who are good for this meta, of course not all 70 will be top nukes like WBN Sunspot and Tigra but they will be viable and decent enough to be used in a lot of matchups and that's what matters.

Restrictive how?

Its restricted to only power gain, burst and DOT attackers
Relics deal damage too but very minimal.
It is a restrictive meta in the sense you won’t be using a lot of top tier champions probably everyone has ranked like hercules or hulk, but there are still many options available.

I love this meta, even in diamond league players are using hulks and hercs, only to lose and get slapped by HAHA loki by me.

The nuke meta should literally not exist. Because what ends up happening is 6r5 Ascended, 7r3 top heroes just finishing fights under 40 seconds every single round, no matter the type of defender, such welcome change.

Any meta where a random nondescript champ becomes god and tempts me to rank him (in this season, Werewolf By Night) is pretty cool. Plus the fights aren't difficult-it's just a race against your opponent, which is what it SHOULD be. Not a race to see if you can even do damage.

This meta is great. My tb alt account is limited in roster but managed to beat out bigger accounts.
