So, to acces my mcoc profile i log in with kabam using a certain e mail without having a kabam account but recently i made a kabam account using that same email and it made me a new game profile and whenever i log in with that email it drives me to the new account.If i delete my kabam account with that email i will acces thw old account again? Is there something i can do?

What do you mean you logged into game using an email, but not a Kabam ID ?
Logging in via GameCenter or GooglePlay ?

If you used the MCOC game login screen and were entering an email/password directly there (NOT as Play or Game Center), then that was already a Kabam ID
