Why has my alliance had all the defenders removed? We have now lost a war guaranteed to no fault of our own. What is the problem what is going on

Also in the past, some team members said the defenders had been removed. Randomly didn't know what to make of it at the time, but now both battle groups had all their defenders removed that Is outrageous 😡

You are probably moving up higher in War Rating, and also thus higher in Tier Difficulty Map.

Initially, you could place defense in “Current Map”, as well as 1 Difficulty Map + and - from your current. But I’d venture to guess NOT everyone did so into the +/- (probably just placed in “Current”)

So when you moved up a Difficulty, your defense was not completely full for what was then your new “Current” Tier Difficulty map.

Now, if you moved up yet an additional Difficulty Tier Map (so a 2nd time) you could potentially not have ANY defenders in there. *IF* people did not go back into Persistent Defense and add their defenders into what was then the new “+” Tier Map at the time you initially moved up a difficulty the first time.
Or, some of your team might have, but I’d bet nowhere near everyone, especially if your alliance didn’t mention it to people or know how those Tier Map potential +/- defense works.

You have to place in all 3 maps or you will move up and down in tiers and lose your defence. You can’t just place in current war then expect it to be their all season. It’s your responsibility to have members join all 3 maps or face the losses. You win and lose you go up and down maps and you only filled the current map not for other two maps so that’s why you lost. Go to placement and have everyone place in all 3 maps or it will just keep happening.
