Black screen on sides and BG timer missing

In Shooting Stars when I use Professor X and then in the next fight I use another champ, the black screen covers 30% area on all sides leaving very little space for me to view on my small phone. It's annoying.

Today I also noticed the timer is not present when I am in fights in Battlegrounds.

I’ve posted for 1.5 years about the no fight timer bug with zero acknowledgment or comment from Kabam. Pretty awful. At least put some effort into responding when a person posts 10+ videos of a bug happening. It happened to me last week and again this week.

If you don't see the timer in BG, it is time to force close and reopen your client to reset it. This sometimes happens out of the blue, but a hard reset of the client generally fixes this problem for me and usually pops up after the client has been running for a while, either during a long grind or in the background without a reset.

The no fight timer thing has happened to me when just starting the game up and also when just turning on my iPad. I’ve been posting vids with this bug for 1.5 years and reported it to support 3 times over that time and kabam wont acknowledge there’s a damn problem.

OP also mentioned a problem with the game after fighting vs or with Professor X. The borders of the fight screen are blacked out. I’ve noticed this a handful of times over the past week. See 4:30 of this vid

Yes, this is the black screen issue I get after using Professor X. This happened again today, and it's so annoying who play on a small screen.

I couldn't capture it in a video, but I took a screenshot that cost me KO.

I think it has to do with the Professor X field. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's happening quite frequently recently.
