Unfazed Mastery Idea

Unfazed mastery ruins Mr. Negative in PvP game modes. I don't think this was the intent of any specific mastery.
Wouldn't it be cool if unfazed changed from evade triggering unstoppable to evade triggering a 1 second window with 100% chance to miss, similar to Massacre's sp2?
This way it still maintains the spirit of the mastery.
