War rating should not be included in war matchmaking and soley on leaderboard standing, change my mind... (first war based on final leaderboard of prior season)

AW Black Cat 40 Combo Bug
Black cats synergy with longshot is that she starts with a 40 combo. This should give 40 clarity charges which results in 4 clarity passives. However, actually it only gives 1 clarity charge. Black cats combo increases due to card swapping works as intended with the global. Attached is evidence from tier 1 war.

Some objectives are not clear when we are suppose to complete. For example, I was naive in assuming the timer was when I needed to complete them and now I can't achieve the 900k offer.
