War Rating in AW Matchmaking

War rating should not be included in war matchmaking and soley on leaderboard standing, change my mind...

(first war based on final leaderboard of prior season)

Before anyone tries to change your mind, perhaps explain what you're actually trying to say, because this doesn't make sense.
How is war rating unfair for matchmaking? How does solely using the leaderboard improve things?
