Disappeared task bar

How to get task bar back without restarting game. This is happening frequently now.

    Which is the opposite of what I’ve experienced lately (the past month ?)

    The drop-down Menu *STAYS* Dropped Down every so often lately.
    Even when going to another screen, where it would have normally closed itself back up at top in the past (just leaving the “Down” arrow remaining).


    Your missing the entire thing (Down arrow and all) is bad.
    Can you get Menu back by clicking on the gear (Options) icon, and then exiting Options ?

    Yeah, whenever I go to the alliance menu from the home screen, the menu stays up
