Unable to claim letters

After completing objectives i couldn't claim the last milestone rewards. Anyone else facing this issue?

If you had already claimed them while being an earlier Summoner Progression.
And then advanced up to new Progression.
Seems like you get a new Objective tree for same Targets.

But people have been unable to claim the final level again in the re-spawned objective trees.

Maybe to prevent getting another round of receiving Naughty/Nice selector, so keeps you only being able to have EITHER the Naughty OR the Nice Title (not both).
