You are operating on a false assumption, that there’s a three strikes rule, and you can do whatever you want and just get a seven day ban. However, that’s not true for two reasons.

First, Kabam can and does ban permanently for egregious violations. For example, they specifically stated they would, at their discretion, be handing out permanent bans for players cheating in Necropolis. Kabam does not need to follow a three strike escalation if they feel a permanent ban is warranted.

Second, a player can exhaust all three strike simultaneously even if Kabam is inclined to give them. If someone were to cheat in, say, three different pieces of content the devs can and have in the past decided to give the player three strikes simultaneously and perma ban them immediately.

Bans are not the price to be allowed to cheat. Bans are there to deter the player and everyone else from cheating. Clearly, a seven day ban would not deter you from cheating. You thought you’d draw that ban and cheated anyway, thinking it was a small price to pay. Which is why you are not going to get this ban reversed.
