banquet crystal bug

in Bugs and Known Issues
opened banquet crystal on last day of free crystals , all crystal give out 3 items , one crystal showed third item was a " bonus banquet crystal " but the item never showed on inventory or stash , contacted support they verified for one of the crystals only 2 items were listed , all crystals give out 3 rewards. still waiting for the missing item. did kabam change support provider or outsource ?

    GBC's did not have a chance to award another GBC from themselves.

    And the additional items were always (2) Gold and (3) ISO.

    If you opened multiple at once, the individual Golds, and also any Matching Class ISO, would be combined together of same like, so they would not appear as separate items.

    Also for main item, if they were matching Crystal Shards, or matching Cat Fragments, their amounts would be combined to show as single item (of the combined Shards / Frags).

    If it was a display bug where it showed the icon for a GBC as a drop reward, then could have just been a visual error, and unless you had been tracking your Gold, and your back-end Stash ISO, you probably could not know whether you received that extra or not.

    did not have to , it was support who broke down Every crystal opening with time stamp . one crystal only yielded 2 items instead of 3 , even simultaneous opening recorded totals of 3 items for every bc opened.

    support has taken a downturn , probably change providers. prone to misinformation . it's always been 3 items per bc , gold is a constant from what I've seen
