Hey it charged me an extra 49.99 when I bought an item for 9.99

Find that hard to believe but if its true then you need to go and contact support not the forums.

First, make sure the 49.99 wasn’t from an earlier purchase, and just now being put on your credit card as a charge.

But if true, then make sure to go thru KABAM, and not your credit card company, to do correction.
And if you got the STUFF from a 49.99 package instead of 9.99 pak, then don’t use any of the items/crystals in the meantime.

Going thru credit card company can cause bad standing (negative units) on your game account.
