Winter Soldier Bug???

I have defeated him over 5 times in different modes but I can't complete the challenge. Does anybody have the same issue?

Winter Soldier In Act-1 (like some other champs in Act-1) don’t count because they are still non-updated original versions of those champs, which in game is coded as a different champ, and often are not specifically added into Objective/Event Scoring rules.

Same as for him in RoL (still the original version of him).

And this kind of thing is why it makes no sense to exclude practice fights.

Or, re-enable the duels so someone can just search "winter soldier" and have a WS to fight.
