Hello, the error is that I did not receive the reward for the gladiator battlegrounds. I have the rank of Uru.

    Once you move up to Gladiator Circuit, you still have to PLAY ONE MATCH at that level in order to “Participate” in G.C. and qualify for rewards.

    You probably did NOT play 1 match at that level.
