    Sand/dust + gravel + water + cement = Concrete

    Also you can Add reinforcement to make Reinforcement Cement concrete structure i.e RCC.

    So I'll say concrete is better.

    I think Sandman ist stronger because eh can control all sand while dust only can control her own particels. If the location is a desert Sandman while most likely win and if it is a normal location than it comes to if sandman can take Dust particels or she can hold them to together. I think Sandman could do the same as dust if could learn the same ways to comtrol his particels. Both are using sandparticels but in different ways that most likely depends on there control of their particels. Dust has the more natural powers so she can control them better while Sandman got them by accident.

    I agree Dust is better since it has more value in the game. I will always welcome more Primordial "Dust" in game for sure unitl 8 stars come out.
