I agree. Also ... it may just be me but my DOT champs don't seem to be dealing their usual DOT damage specifically the wonderful, wonderful Cat.

ok just had my typical WE ARE VOX match and his degen was literally pathetic ... and i'm talking a R2 7* VOX ticking for like 450 per with 20 stacks upon expiration.

yeah they defenetley reduced some of the damage this meta

Is this less damage compared to normal or less damage compared to power shield we saw last season which would increase your special damage by 400%?

It's definitely less damage I actually tanked a L3 from Mangog ...it did nothing.

I would be curious if there's anything to this. I threw an sp3 with kingpin in a match that already was not going great and it did...3% damage. I've never seen his sp3 take off so little.

@TheShinyDome ... Yeah the 2 fights that I noticed it was happening with was Kingpin and Hyperion L3's

I’ve experienced this as well, specifically when using KP’s SP3 in BGs. Did 2-3% damage

Not just L3 but all of my dot and specials are doing way less damage to the point that I am timing out.
