CRITICAL ERROR!!!!!!

I recently returned to the game, and just the other day i boosted my account by going through 7.4.6 and even a little more. Rank upped 3x6* champions to the 4th rank, took the title of Paragon, and as a result what? The test of the Paragon is not available to me, despite the fact that all the conditions for this are fulfilled! To be honest, this is very unpleasant, because i was in a hurry to go as far as possible to rank up 6* champions to the 4th rank and get the new title, and then safely complete the test of the Paragon and get the coveted 100 cosmic dust 2nd category, but apparently nothing will work.. The screenshots show everything.. Has anyone come across something like this and knows how to fix it? Or maybe some kind of compensation is due? I need this dust!

You need to send a ticket to support, as you needed to have the eq explored before reaching paragon

Yes, i've already restart the game. I already reinstalled the game again when i took the title. I have already updated the game, and after the update i delete and reinstalled the game again, and nothing helped..

If you're just talking about being able to do Paragon gauntlet, none of that would work. The objective is for to have explored TB difficulty while being Paragon. If you explored it before getting the title then it won't work.

Contact support and pray they give you the objective before the new content drops today.

Actually the wording does NOT technically describe the requirement.
The use of the word *AND* normally indicates just *both*, without implying an order to them.
Could have been better worded if they worded it as *AND THEN* instead of just AND.

But still, the requirement is actually to have some item (key), that is given out from an OBJECTIVE, that is only available for people who are already Paragon.

So really, the wording could more accurately be “You must have a Gauntlet Key in order to enter this quest”.
Because that is what is preventing you from entering it. Not that you haven’t done the 2 things currently being listed.

Needing something is not the same was WANTING something.
People are at what? 6th free ascensions?... This be Paragon before exploring TB difficulty rules has been on for how long?...and on top of that ask for some kind of compensation...
What is wrong with people nowadays...
