I've almost explore act 4just 2 quests remain and im extremely low on energy refills and when i completely explored this particular quest 4.4.3 it shows this bugged tile whichi originally used for completion (pretty long ago)

    The map got condensed quite awhile ago, so it messed with what paths you actually have explored
