Given how painful it was, I didn’t do the other two. Going to take the 3 points and move on. Will see if I can pick up an extra point with the Deathless Guilly optional point when that happens - assuming the other fights are a little more reasonable of course.
Who did you used for robot and sinister 6 objectives?
7* r1 unduped Sandman for Sinister 6, did it in one revive just spamming sp2
6* r5 sig200 Darkhawk for Robots, took about six revives but he could very definitely solo that fight. I have a thread posted with a bit of a write up if you’re interested in this fight.
Doom Go to sp3 ,(abs man sp2 or plus) heavy stagger , use sp3 , MLM,LLLMM combo into sp1 , hold block he will come to u , hot on block + prry or let him use heavy , again MLLLL combo into relic , heavy , again sp3 Easiest for me
@Rayven5220@Wicket329 What was your strategy if you died with sandman? Were you able to rush to sp2 before abs man activate his regen? Or is it solo or retry situation?

It's likely possible with a 5*, but it's gonna take a very, very long time to get hime down.
My 6r4 took me about 8.5 minutes, fully boosted.
As for reviving, In all of my attempts when I did try to revive I could never get to a sp2 in time and he would end up with massive regen.
Even in my attempts when I got him down to 8% I tried reviving but just couldn't manage.
In my experience it was solo him or nothing. I have seen others say they were able to do it with sandman and revives, but I just couldn't.

You just need to get to your sp2 before he throws a special. Play very slowly and deliberately. Parry/M/M while he has under a bar of power. Once he has power, just hold block and either reparry or punish heavy for openings. You should get to your sp2 right around the same time he does.
I am below average player, needed to revive r1 7* Hulk 3-4 times to take him down. 1- Take him down to 70-60% in your 1st attempt. 2- Never allow him to heal, even if you have to die, intercept his sp or restart. Here are 2 good solo options:
After full-scale analysis of YouTube, forums and 8 hours of practice (luckily I had energy in overflow) I can validate the following best counters for the objectives: 1) OG Hulk: SP3 + stun tactic. Don’t let Absman use SP after using revive - go to SP1. 2) G2099: SP1 tactic + constant blocking and reparring tactic (never release that block). Just never let Absman use SP. 3) Sandman: SP2 tactic. Long but generally straightforward fight. Without his unstoppable and regeneration after you use SP2 Absman is not that scary anymore. Each of these fights can be surely done within 5-10 revives or less. Fully boosted. Which is OK for this type of content. So it’s not WTF challenge, but it surely demands preparation. My only request for KABAM is to take away 10 points energy cost. Of course I wont mind if they make next fights a bit easier lol
Finally got him down using @Cat_Murdock ’s method with my 6r3 Hulk. Didn’t enjoy any part of it. Hate fighting Absorbing Man in any content in the game. Used a lot of my 20% revives to get him down, a lot of the time just to end his regen before he gained too much of his health back. Didn’t have the supply of health potions to fully heal before each fight. But it’s done and I’ll take the bonus point for the Robot challenge and run. If I never have to fight Abs Man again it’ll be too soon.
6 revives, topped it off because I had pots expiring from last necro run.
Got lucky -- best I had been able to do was down to 82% getting to the sp3. This time, 42%. It's all about luck -- luck that you time that first stun just right so you don't get interrupted by the unstoppable.
After that, just tried to sp1 stun lock. Having to throw a heavy is annoying -- even worse -- there's no icon to indicate what mode you are in as far as I can tell. On the last one at 8% I got lucky -- he threw his sp2, started to regen at 10k a click, but I heavied him and finished it.
It was amazing how in some fights, you couldn't intercept him because he was scared, and in other fights he would throw that sp1 immediately into your face.
Revs:- 7 L2 30+ L4 potions (healed full each time)
Boosts - medium attack, medium health and medium champion
This one is absolutely soloable. I could've done it in 3 revives but others are used just because of silly mistakes. On first try I am able to take abs man to 60% then went in let him heal to 73%. Learnt my lesson in a hard way.
Then after few wasted revs, I took him to 35%. From here I am able to do the rest in one run.
Tips :- 1: Always go for sp2 and play slow 2: if you revive, never let him throw a special. Slow play with MM combos and time out unstoppable. Parry as much as you want but don't let him throw a special before you throw your sp2. 3: Most importantly, never let him throw a sp2 at max morph charges. And never let him refine his magma form in any way. If he refines the magma form you're done. 4: try to punish only refined uru form and not regular uru form, cuz he may throw another special instantly and you can't punish it.
Not to vent on other threads, since this is the only WoW one on the first page, after 18 revives used I can safely say that this is by far the most out of touch path for a rare champ that they could have pulled. After the disappointment of the Guillotine being just a pre-rework Guillotine, with players going through BG to get to GC, doing a Necropolis run AND having to sink units in using Guillotine universe characters for whole quests, now for Groot you have to deal with fight designed to make it impossible to do without a 200+ perfect run with a stun lock in the corner (and hoping the AI throws specials), with unavoidable damage for waiting and baiting specials (which give him regen anyway that is based on modified health instead of base health), an AI that is simply broken (4 of the runs he simply broke stun and evaded the first hit of the heavy attack), and an energy cost that makes it impossible for you to do any other energy based content if you do 6 tries...
I sincerely question if this is all worth the effort and money that Kabam wants us to spend. The token champs don't have abilities or mechanics announced, and the one that has been released is just painfully underwhelming.
My kudos to anyone that spent money on this. Seems that Kabam really needed to boost those profit figures for the past 3 quarters, but I don't think they understand the consequences this time.
Edit: Kabam should update the class boost warnings. Currently they only day they don't work in Battlegrounds, but they also don't work in WoW.

Took a few tries but finally managed to get the solo.
Don't bother reviving, he will just heal back before you can get to a sp2 in my experience.
Haven't done robot yet, but gonna at least give it a shot after watching some videos if I have a decent shot at it.
My robot problem is that my warlock is only 6r3, Viv is still r1, gully 2099 6r3 sooooo, it could be a really bad time.
Don't have warlock or Viv and my gully99 is r3. I'm trying my luck with Omega sentinel but she deals near to nothing damage

Thanks @Rayven5220 @Wicket329 and others for your tips and suggestions.
1) while rooted, I can only throw 3 heavies at max with sandman, after that abs breaks out of root and unstable ends, idk if this is intended or not.
2) When abs throw a heavy, he breaks out of root and unstable ends, is this intended or not?
