What happen to the Market Bonus Event?

I still have more than 1000 points I didn't exchange yet.. it just disappeared on me.

I was wondering the same thing. But after I reset my web page my Bonus Event was there again. So try refreshing your page. The Bonus event also looks to reset at the same time as the offers come out, so every Monday at 10am PST. Hope this helps.

Doesn’t look like they are points that you can “exchange” for anything.

Instead, they are points that go toward a new “Market Bonus Solo Event”. (That I assume is in normal Events area in Game ?)
That Solo Event resets weekly.

So no the points you already gained “wonder come back” when it resets each week.
But if Solo Event momentarily went down (as prior response said happened to them), then points (for that week, apparently resets mondays ?) should still be there, and you can claim any Milestones that may have reached (before Solo Event resets, or from Stash afterward).

Or do you meant the Summoner Market (website) no longer had Bonus Points on any of the offers you see there ?

Equivalent of an in-game Solo Event is actually on the Market website itself.
With “Claim” buttons on the website, as the equivalent to normal Milestones.

But, yes, will act like Solo Event Points, where the Event (points, milestones) resets every week.

Unfortunately, means you would have to “Claim” the milestones on Website prior to weekly reset. There's not a Stash-Rewards like what would have been if it was in game itself.

Reset seems to strongly correlate with expiration of points weekly.

Unlike Google play where points don't expire, and consume only when it is used.

This ain't gonna encourage me to contribute to kabams coffers..

Where was the claim button as I could not find that or anywhere where it said how many points I had/have. Probs just being a numpty

I had 1000++ points remaining, was assuming that when market bonus refresh, I'd still have my points.. alas.. they expire.. I could have gotten the 6* relic or gold..

Pic below is above the actual offers on that WebStore. (Note, if you normally keep that tab open, and you don’t see that, you might have to just “refresh” the tab to get the Event Milestones to reappear).
Also pic, I was not logged in at time, but assume the “Login to Claim” button on each Milestone would become an actual “Claim” button (if you have the points) for each Milestone.

As to broader question, consider this same as any in-game Solo or Ally Event with Points Milestones. When Events reset, you don’t get to carry forward any excess points from previous Event.

And @psp742 , “1000+ points remaining” and “didn’t exchange yet”, and “if known, would have gotten the other stuff”.
So did you get SOME of the Milestones, just NOT all 10 of them ?
If so, maybe submit a Support Request Ticket, and ask if they can credit you the remaining Milestones you did not already claim last week with those extra points.

(although, playing devil's advocate..) taking another look at Orange Announcement pic earlier here, I can see how text could be misleading, even though Event resets (aka, ability to Claim any individual Milestone would become available again after reset), it doesn’t really say definitively that any remaining points are lost.

The bit about “or just the ones they aim for, every 7 days” would not be inconsistent with if the remaining points rolled over. And then could claim the same milestone again the next week.

It just says “the Event Resets Weekly”. Which could just mean the Event Milestones would Reset (ability to get the Milestone, which although I haven’t purchased, I assume is just 1-time for each Milestone, per week). As opposed to the Points Reset (which it doesn’t actually say).
