She is not the best daar champ in the game because her aar never gets to 100% no matter the mu. I get that she has a use in the challenge, but she is outdated and her damage shows that.

As @Beewee said, objectively, BW is not the best DAAR champ. She is the champ useful in the challenge. Period.

Let alone Falcon, that he at least needs the skill to manipulate the AI into blocking, in order to hold your own block enough to activate his Lock On, and be skilled enough to dance around while it’s on cool down, in the fights you need his AAR.

Except in this context. The person who made the post he is referring to here (me) did not attack or take a swipe at a person themselves. Miike is literally the only person on the forum (and off. People elsewhere have also seen and been shown it) for the duration the post was up that thought that it was a personal attack of any kind.

Well I mean, it’s not a charitable organization now is it? Of course it’s implied that they do look at profit from any endeavor. People who work there need to get paid.

@Karatemike415 People saying to harm yourself is just messed up and not ok. You and the others provide us with entertainment and important information. Who could play this game without youtube. I think for most people, carinas content is not for them. (Myself included) So I do wish Kabam didn't tie a deathless piece to it. I think feeling forced to do really hard content is causing too much stress. That's not on you guys. Your missing the point @Karatemike415 just bc the very small % of you that have been craving this there's a much bigger amount not craving this. All this does bc your able to do it is make it that much harder for the rest of us to stay competitive. And I'll tell you what I can almost guarantee that if they keep making content like this the vast majority of the lower players that make up most of the player base will leave and then you'll enjoy thinking about your content for you small few by yourselves bc without us this game wouldn't exist. #justsaying. Got to think from all perspectives

Why do you think that a single piece of content at this difficulty for the first time in years is a sign that Kabam is going to throw away what they’ve been doing for so long.

Why do you think that two seven star selectors of an extremely limited pool of non-game breaking champions are going to make it harder for you to stay competitive.

Why do you think you are competitive with the kind of player who can knock these challenges out.

It’s okay to not crave this content. But not everything needs to be for everybody. Kabam hadn’t released a piece of content in years that was *for* me until very recently. And, based on this awful community reaction, I’d be surprised if they ever do again.

It's hard to say exactly what this means for the game's direction tbh. Necropolis was a massive step in the right direction, with a great rewards/effort ratio. We are seeing fewer and fewer modders in battlegrounds and everyone praised the 7 for 7 carina challenges for being enjoyable and fun. So credit where it's due to Kabam on those fronts.

It is also worth bearing in mind that it was content creators who devised these challenges not Kabam. So although these newest Carina's challenges can be considered as nothing but a fail (they were designed to appeal to the top 1% of players, instead great players like kt1 and swedeah will do them very slowly or not at all), I don't think it means the "game is doomed" or anything so pessimistic that people are saying. And hopefully Kabam can learn from this in the future and moderate any future challenge ideas. And I hope Lagacy is invited back to make more content for Kabam as he actually did a good job. But to force people to rank up and use zemo against the likes of domino is an unfathomable decision to me and EOP with just Mojo/tigra is far too restrictive (esp that damn warlock). MSD is one of, if not the best, players in the entire game and it took HIM over 20 revives for the EOP and zemo challenges. Each. He spent more revives on these challenges than necro and the rewards are way way way worse...That's nuts!

That aside, one thing that I still can't fathom is how Kabam think that on one hand the best players (valiants) want to do the hardest and toughest carina's challenges but also 100% THRONEBREAKER difficulty every month? Where's the sense in that? I understand you feel there has to be an energy cost to Winter of Woe (not sure 3 per tile instead of 5 per tile would break the game but okay) but why do I have to waste my energy and time exploring a quest that's mind-numbingly boring and easy for rewards that don't even matter to me (or indeed any of the players you are targeting with content like WoW and these challenges) just to access the paragauntlet? (The rewards are nice but not gamebreakingly good or anything).

I also want to thank @RichTheMan for supporting and promoting our thread and hopefully we get a decent response from Kabam that addresses our main concerns now that they have had time to assess the reasonable concerns from our community.
