Is this your Valiant rank up? If so I’d think about doing it now and going with Bishop - particularly if you do BGs.
If it isn’t your Valiant rank up and/or you are very close to a new titan, then might be worth waiting even though the odds of pulling Onslaught are low.
Depends on how close you are to forming the titan. Otherwise I would go bishop, sunspot at r2 will suffice. Bishop on the other hand...he's a scary defender at r3 even with the proper counter, the chip damage from block will hurt
Thanks guys, i have to wait till 8.4 for valiant and probably gonna get my next titan then. I'll wait to see if i can pull onslaught if not its gonna be bishop!
Both Bishop and Sunspot have good dmg, Sunspot has way better reach with potential of ramp up with flare. In terms of utility, Bishop is way ahead in both offensive and defensive utility. Sunspot was never a good defender, while big Bishop will be a brickwall against energy dmg and will always present a threat with Sp2. Also, if you fail to force Bishop into throwing sp2 and accidentally get sp1, without incinirate immunity you get insane time tax. I think Bishop it is

While sunspot is awesome, His rotation is dame for r1, r2 and r3.
One sp1 and sp2 ends most fights, Direct sp2 is underkill and 2 sp2 is overkill, No matter what the rank is.
In short, You don't feel much difference between r1 sunspot and r3 sunspot in bgs.
Also Bishop at r3 is a great dual threat.
